US proxy war with Russia benefits China – Marjorie Taylor Greene

American congresswoman, Marjorie Taylor Greene has issued a stern warning that the “US proxy war with Russia” could result in the dollar no longer being the world’s dominant currency.

In a lengthy thread she wrote on twitter, Greene argued that because of America’s own arrogance and “fight to save democracy” in non-NATO Ukraine, the heavily sanctioned Russia is proving to the world that it does not need the US dollar or friendship to trade and thrive.

Since early March 2022, the European Union in collaboration with the US, has imposed a series of sanctions against Russia in response to its military operation in Ukraine. The purpose of the sanctions is to effect severe economic consequences on Russia and to ultimately stop it from funding the operation.

“Today, under those in power, we are now on the verge of world war and the innocent victims are each nation’s people paying taxes to those in power,” she wrote.

According to her analysis, the US proxy war with Russia benefits China the most.

“It will only continue to hurt the US and many innocent people all over the world. It’s draining our military resources, driving inflation, hurting world trade, and Americans don’t support it,” she added.
